Nineteen-year-old Godfrey Cox, who was further remanded to prison on his last court appearance, was on Tuesday granted bail by Magistrate Dylon Bess when he reappeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.Cox was charge with the offence of armed robbery back in June of this year. The sex worker denied the charge when he made his first appearance. The charge stated that on June 20, 2018, at King and Charlotte Streets, Georgetown, while being armed with a dangerous weapon – that is a knife – he robbed David Harvey of $65,000.The court heard that on the day in question, Harvey was heading to a gas station on Regent Street, Georgetown, to pay workers when the defendant attacked him, held him at knifepoint and relieved him of the cash that was in his pants pocket.Police Prosecutor Gittings on Tuesday made objections to bail, however Magistrate Bess granted bail to the accused, citing that the Virtual Compliant failed to appear in court each time the matter was called. Cox was released on $50,000. The case will continue on September 28.

He could feature in Saturday’s squad but head coach Peter Stoeger says a decision will only be made closer to the Bundesliga game.German daily Bild say Reus had targeted the away game at Borussia Moenchengladbach on February 18 — but he might feature sooner than planned.“Marco trained normally over the week, we know he wants to play and he knows that we would like to have him in,” said Stoeger on Thursday.“We will make a decision at short notice.”While Dortmund are reluctant to rush the injury-prone Reus back into action, the attacking midfielder is keen to find form and fitness four months out from the World Cup in Russia.A string of injuries have restricted him to 29 international appearances and nine goals for Germany.Injuries have seen him miss the last two major international tournaments. An ankle injury suffered in the final warm-up game ruled the fleet-footed playmaker out of eventual champions Germany’s 2014 World Cup in Brazil. He then missed the finals of Euro 2016 with a persistent groin injury.0Shares0000(Visited 1 times, 1 visits today)
