Muhammad Rafi from Kathua’s Kootha village said in his complaint: “My way was blocked by a group of agitators and foul language was used around 2 p.m. on April 13. They even threatened me and my family of dire consequences.” Talib Hussian, a lawyer activist, seeking justice for the Kathua rape victim, said, “The Hindu Ekta Manch is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the Muslim nomads are intimidated and forced to give up their land.”last_img
